Congressional Independence Pledge
The Congressional Independence Pledge was created to help restore Americans faith in their elected officials.

It is a non-partisan pledge that is being asked of all congressional members and candidates with the goal of having members of congress be independent to the voters who elect them and not beholden to a dysfunctional process and party leadership.

Please take a minute and see if your candidate has signed the pledge and demonstrated proven leadership to make government accountable to the people.
The Congressional Code of Ethics, page 32 states:

Never accepts favors or benefits that might be construed as influencing the performance of governmental duties.
The Congressional Independence Pledge attempts to address three areas which are in stark contrast to the Congressional Code of Ethics.
